This sounds like an issue with your bike’s sperm tube angle.

Sometimes it's just the opposite. With the saddle tilted nose-down, you slide forward putting even more pressure on the perineum. It sounds counterintuitive but sometimes the way to relieve pressure on the perineum is to tilt the saddle back. It's not uncommon to have the nose slightly higher than the back.

You really want the seat to be be mostly flat.
Having ridden that saddle before..... try a new seat! I hated that seat.
As for your latest question that one bolt ( it will be like a 5 or 6 mm allen) above the reflector. Losen it to adjust your saddle front to rear, and also to tilt saddle down or up.
Edit : btw that same bolt being very loose is what will allow you to swap seats. That one bolt on top of the seat post is your seat clamp bolt.

Loosen the bolt. The saddle will slide back and forth on the rails, and also allow you to tilt it forward or back. In general, start with the saddle level and work from there. Small changes make a big difference. If you find that you have too much pressure in the front, try tilting it back a little rather that tilting it forward. It sounds counterintuitive until you realize that if it's tilted forward, that's the way your're going to slide. A slight backward tilt is sometimes all you need. You want your weight to be on your sitting bones.
