Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ebay just notified me that the special headset wrenches needed for the Shimano 6207 headset on the Ironman have arrived. Now I should have everything I need. I still have to clean all the bits, of course, but with luck I might have it all back together by Sunday night. Or tomorrow night, if I don't sleep much.

I saw movement in my peripheral vision. I looked up in time to see a toad the size of a softball disappear under the toolcrib.

It's not current. Try famous movies of the 1990s. You should watch it.

I don't watch movies. Don't recognize the actor. I'll just assume it's means something positive.

Aww, the Evening News just screwed up, saying "Everyone knows the Marines are always ready"

No, no, no. That's the Coast Guard. The Marines are always faithful.

You weren't supposed to tell him. I was going to make him figure it out this weekend instead of watching pointless baseball.

Thanks for the effort. I've heard of the movie but didn't see it. I don't understand how it relates but don't bother to explain.
This a favorite movie of mine about Nazis.
