What would an elitist snob do?

This is a game.

The rule is simple. Poster answers the question of the last poster of the this thread and writes another question below their answer. You are allowed to repeat the same questions asked before if you don't have any unique and original questions in mind

I'll start:

What would and elitist snob do if they flat their tires??

Example post:

They will call their wife to leave whatever thing they're doing, no matter how important to do a 3 hr round trip drive to pick them up.

What would an elitist snob do to their leg hairs?

Now's your turn!

Soooooo a reverse-snob thread dedicated to defining and bashing the people and actions that they find to be snobbish? A little on the nose for General, don't you think?

OP might be onto something--a thread premise so bad that the topic of the thread is how bad the topic of the thread is.

I think the concept is build material for a stand-up routine no one could find funny.

I take it that most BF members call their wives to pick them up if they get a flat and felt offended by my sample answer?

It's a game, it supposed to be funny. Answers are expected to be exaggerated and not exactly realistic.

Now answering my own question (What would an elitist snob do to their leg hairs?)

My answer would be Brazilian bikini wax, now is there anyone here who actually does Brazilian bikini was to remove their leg hairs and feels offended by my answer?

Another question (please stay on topic / the game):

How often would an elitist snob use their brakes?

Answer:

An elitist snob have the latest bling on brakes only to show off to friends but never actually uses them! "Only noobs uses brakes, elitist snobs have situational awareness!"

The answer isn't supposed to be realistic.

My final sample question:

What does an elitist snob dream about during their recover sleep?

Here's the thing--insulting other members is a rule violation. "Elitist snob" is an insult. To the extent that anyone does any of the behavior you're describing, you've implicitly insulted them. Act all innocent if you like, but this is a troll thread premise. This isn't a comedy roast forum.

No.

You've now implied that citing situational awareness is a snob behavior. This won't get any better.

If you ask each BF member if they are an elitist snob, everyone would answer NO, unless they're joking.

And so it would seem we don't have Elitist Snobs on BF. And if we don't have elitist snobs on BF, who will be offended? none.

This thread is an example of why troll threads need to be left to the experts. Thus far nobody has tried to play this "game" except the OP and the thread has nothing to do with creating an interesting, cycling related discussion.

Having free reign within teh Biek Formz to respond to a thread such as this one (and many, many other recent ones) with what one actually wants to say about both the thread and the person initiating it.

Fortunately -- and, correctly, on balance -- the rules governing decorum on these boards prohibit such responses.

Only If you only depended on situational awareness and nothing else, not even your brakes (including situations where using brakes is the best course of action). I doubt anyone here rides in such manner. If no one does it, who would get offended by the answer? That's the point of this game. Answers don't need to be realistic so no one gets offended.

Most of the replies to this thread are what an elitist snob would write. You guys collectively have no sense of humor.

I'll play

An elitist snob dreams of gapping Merckx, Hinault, and Indurain on the Alpe. While cranking up to 450 Watts in Z2.

Q How far up does an elitist snob shave the legs?

Shave? My hygienist at the practice waxes every inch of my body on tuesdays evenings, right before she leads me out to the world champions group ride (normally im too fast for this group but ill join them on my recovery day.)

ive been experimenting with stuffing my bibs to get a more impressive looking package, so far i use socks but have been having chafing issues. Maybe get lycra socks? Id get some rapha towles but unfortunately they are currently on sale. Maybe theyll still take full price?

Exactly. It's akin to asking "What would a fat person do?"

Same intent. To separate and single out others in negative ways.

Thread closed. Take it to the playground.
