Scott addict disc

Hi guys, I've a problem on my break on my Scott addict disc 20. my brake handle's not responding. I blew it out, retested it, but it still doesn't work. Any advice?

Martin, have you ever had to tighten your headset? I have no idea what type of tool I need?
