Nice!

But I hate Fall. I'm on a corner lot with TEN Pin Oak trees. They drop leaves slowly over the entire Fall, Winter and Spring. The last few leaves are pushed off by the new growth in early May. I'm perpetually raking and binning leaves - yech!

thank you but I hear ya. brings back memories of living w/ my parents. I'm in a condo now so MOSTLY the lawn guys take care of the leaves. but I'm always chasing the management company to clean the gutters to keep the water from penetrating our bulkhead into our basement, ugh. they won't do it until ALL the leaves are down. here's hoping no more heavy rains until then

I started my two-week, St. Albans, VT to Philly trip on 9/12. Too early for great color. Did high school in Deerfield, MA 30+ years ago. My fall "sport" was trail crew, getting the ski facilities ready for the winter. Spent 4 days/week up in the hills. Miss the vivid New England colors.
