Here's one I wasn't expecting to see. It's reportedly Nazi Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, on a recumbent no less. He was also Reich Chancellor for a single day after Hitler's suicide, before committing suicide himself.

Here's British socialite Unity Mitford, cycling in Berlin just prior to World War II. She was infamous for being a Nazi supporter and reported mistress to Hitler in the late 1930s. She attempted suicide shortly after the start of the war by shooting herself in the head, with a pistol that Hitler had gifted to her for her own protection. Hitler allowed her to be taken back to England (with the inoperable bullet in her brain), where she recovered enough to learn to walk again, though she functioned mentally on the level of a 10 year old. One unconfirmed rumour is that after her return to England, she gave birth to Hitler's child, which was then put up for adoption. Unity and her family make for a fascinating story.

Surprising there's not a feature film about her.
It would be nice to see celebrity refugees of the nazis on bikes:

Personally, I happen to admire Fritz Lang for all he did in film, pre-war, to bring attention to the rising tide in Germany.

Amazing story I knew nothing about.

Alessandra Ambrosio seems to spend a lot of time on a bike. I wonder if she ever rode Ambrosio rims?

It was unfortunate. He was acquitted but back then, like now, the public handed out it's own verdict. Arbuckle was twice hit hard by life not being fair. You should reseach his death.
These days, the vast majority of the public don't even know his name. The majority of those that do, only know him via the scandal. Still, there are a small but dedicated few who regulalry acknowledge and celebrate his comedic genius and keep his memory alive.
