WTB: Mavic 851 rear derailleur
I'm looking for a Mavic 851 rear derailleur. It doesn't have to be pristine--user quality is fine--but it should be functional and (ideally) include original hardware/pulleys.

Thanks in advance.

How close is 801 (1986)?
I will have to examine the garage boxes tomorrow.

Wildwood Thanks for the reply. The 801 version could work, too. I prefer the 1986 version of the 801 model (which you linked) better than the earlier 1980 version, though I imagine the earlier version is more rare and thus more desirable to some. I wonder if the later 801 version also has roller bearings on the pulleys like the 851--not that that's a deal-breaker.
And, I didn't mention it since it's such a long shot and I've never actually seen one beyond the example shown on velobase, but if anyone has an 803 version with the long cage they'd part with, that would be even better.

I’ve got this one and a matching front that I’m not using and have no plans for. Here’s a pic
