Wahoo Elemnt V2 - not synchronizing to phones (yes plural)

Hello everyone,
I just switched from a garmin 1040 to a Wahoo Elemnt - I like the Wahool form factor and physical buttons.

The problem I am having is that after a ride, the ride will show on the Elemnt app, but when I touch on it to see the details, I am given a blank - white page. The only way that I have gotten around this is by uninstalling the app, and going through the whole process again. I reached out to support and they are worthless..

I have tried two phones, and the same thing happens. Has anyone else experienced this?
When the device works, it works great.

Do you have it configured to auto synch with other apps, such as RidewithGPS or Strava? Does that work?
Does the ride show on your Elemnt unit?
Maybe try not uninstall, but unlink, then relink the phone to Wahoo. See if that works.

I've a similar issue.

My Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT V2 will sync to the App on my iPhone via Bluetooth, but refuses to sync via Wi-Fi.

what frequency is your wifi set at? most only operate thru one set freq. & don't utilize all whats available.

Most devices with embedded Wi-Fi like the Bolt only support 2.4GHz.
5GHz support is still quire rare.

if your phone isn't using wifi with the correct freq. that the device requires, the app will not enable the device to handshake. turn off the data keeping wifi on using the right freq. & it should work.
