Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

A Tale
BF comes right up on my phone. Not so much on my chromebook. I often have to re-boot for that to happen. I cleared cache a few days ago, and as such can no longer log in on my phone. Over the years I tried changing my password dozens of times, and could not do it. Ultimately my wife was successful, doing it on her computer. It can't be done on mine. On the chromebook the password is saved somewhere, and pops up when needed, as a line of dots. I have no idea what it is and can't take the risk of trying to change it. I might never get back in. So no more mobile bf for me,
#nosoupforyou!

The entire quarter hectare needs mowing again. But with the steady rain, it becomes difficult. Also, I haven't fully cleaned up from the storm. There are places I can't yet walk, let alone mow.

I think for their 11 speed chains you have to stake the pins after you install them.

I didn't understand your post. I thought the line was why it was for semi-daredevils. My mistake. Must be the effect of the videos.

For people who get #LPLO, does it occur more frequently when logged in on multiple devices?

No idea. I'm always logged in on my phone and I (almost always) only get LPLOs on the desktop.

I have been generally immune to LPLO. Not sure why it happens to some people but not me. FWIW I am using chrome on a Macbook, or my iPhone when on the move.

Yeah, without a ML, you have to 'peen' the pins. Haven't tried this one, but probably one of the cheaper chain tool option that can do Campy peening. If you're set on not using quicklinks, probably long term makes sense though to spring for one of the heavier duty tools. On a weird note, it looks like Park discontinued their 'master' (ie. best) line of chain tools -- namely the CT 4.3 ? Whassup with that?

I got roped into signing up for a Century this Sunday, apparently it has 8K feet of climbing. Needless to say, it's NOT going to be a sub-5 hour event. Maybe sub-6 hours if I am lucky.
