Saw this rough looking frame pop up on FB marketplace. Has some interesting looking lugs and a mismatched but decent Shimano group on it. Any guesses on what this mystery frame might be?

Sorry for the crappy pic. This is my as found unrefurbished Motobecane Grand Record. The subject bike looks to me, like a Moto of some kind. These lugs were used on different models besides the Grand Record. I do believe they are a type of Nervex Lug.

interesting! I think you might be on the right track. From the pics, it does look like there are two small rivet holes on the head tube similar to where a Moto head badge would be.

Pcampeau beat me to it. Yes, those look like the proprietary Moto Nervex lugs, as explained by Frenchie bike expert Verktyg here: https://www.bikeforums.net/21193584-post14.html
Fork crown is also a match. Please share a pic of the seat cluster, which will offer more clues as to model. Since it looks like it's been repainted, the downtube shifter bosses may have been added later.

I’m thinking it’s a Moto, but they added a cable stop for the rear derailleur and shifter bosses. Curious what models had these lugs?

Scanning through Bulgie's catalogs, it looks like an early 70's frame. https://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Motobecane/
Looks like it would either be a Grand Record or a Grand Jubile, as the Le Champion had "racing" or Prugnat lugs. The rear derailleur hanger would be a Campy for the Grand Record, Huret for the Grand Jubile. That's my semi-informed guess.
That Shimano 600 may be fitted there on a Campy hanger, or it may be kludged onto a Huret hanger. Or maybe the Huret hanger could have been modified when the chainstay cable stop and shifter bosses were added. Either way, a good Reynolds frame, and since it's in kinda rough shape, price could be negotiable.

I also agree, most likely Moto and either GR or GJ. please confirm the seat post size (should be 26.4 or possibly 26.6).
Tho some folks say these lugs were made by Prugnat, I go with a "rare version Nervex" and IIRC Juvela also pointed out there was one other FR marque who used them, too, but cannot recall who that was (maybe LeJeune or Jeunet?).
