Tires
I popped my rear bike tire and was looking for some suggestions for some more heavy duty tires that will fit my small Aventon Pace 500

I use SCHWALBE Super Moto-X on my ebike 2500mils with no flats yet.
I also use SCHWALBE tubes with them. They hold air pressure longer then most others.

I looked for these tires but can't find that size. Do you think that 27.5 x 2.00 would work?

Yeah, that would work fine. Probably anything from 2.00 to 2.3 would work (although going larger there is always the possibility of clearance issues - but typically there is a lot of room on these things (ymmv).
