Not a race per se, but we hammered for 60 miles in this local event. Five of us finished in the lead group with an average of 21+ mph through some good rolling terrain. I was beat to death.

Notice my kit is kinda loose. That's what happens when you drop nearly 20 pounds of muscle and fat.

Knockburn Olympic distance triathlon last year. Bike course was three laps with a huge climb at the end of each lap. Picture was taken at the crest.
