Not going to make it. I have the opportunity to help a buddy sturgeon spear this weekend.
One of those unique experiences I've never done before that you really can't do just anywhere or time.

I had the pleasure of attending John's little ride and gathering in 2019, and was duly impressed by his collection! That Jack Taylor really struck me as one of the more interesting bikes, though! I admit to a love for Brit bikes, but this has a ton of intriguing details. Very cool!

I got a kick by the dual MAFAC cantilevers on the seat stays, both with 5 block tandem brake pads. Bet that thing will stop on a dime!

It was a great time! We need to do a ride late spring early summer when the weather turns. The Jack got most of the attention. Glad I brought it there to do a future video as I finish that bike.

Hey all that came,

I hope I was giving everyone my full attention. I had a lot on my mind that day. My father was in Hospice during the party and knew he wasn't going to last long. My father passed today at the age of 81. He will be missed.
