Of course I can't find a pic but that looks like a Profile By Design curved seatpost. It was a triathlon thing intended to get you over or in front of the BB to use more of your running muscles to pedal or something like that.

This was a custom ordered frame cause the original owners name Ed Fisher is on the rear brake bridge. This bike is in amazing condition, frame looks NOS and its ready to ride.
