Mines:

1. Get back to proper training
2. Get back to proper lifting
3. Get a sub 1:10 Kilometre
4. Get a sub 4:50 4K IP
5. Less junk food (meh...)
6. Get a power meter (meh...)

Edit: I would love to win any National Championship but I think I am dreaming too much.

I'll go with this too -- All of these are fine goals, although id have to adjust the 1:10 and the 4:50 up a bit

Just curious, what F200M and 500M numbers have you posted so far?

No one knows your name* so we can't look it up.

*Not asking either. Feel free to stay anonymous.

They're not great, because I'm really new to track, but they're improving quickly.

2nd ever 200m was 12.7 outside.

Low 11 200m (although anything 11.5 down would be a win)

1:10 kilo

You as well!

Train smart and practice some line holding (and pick a good venue) and we'll see where the cards fall.

Too old for anyone to really care, but...

- Improve 200M, 500M, 2K, and match sprints
- Improve speed endurance
- Ride a bigger gear than I did last season
- Perhaps Nats (if I can swing it)
- Definitely back to Worlds

Thank you, that was very kind!

I cared about them, too - a lot!

We senior citizens are sort of in our own world. We're as dedicated, hard working, and go just as hard as anyone, but we LOOK slower. It's all relative!

1) Get a 330+ watt FTP (Maybe doable)
2) Get a new frame (maybe) .
3) Squat 360lbs (probably not going to happen this winter without sacrificing #1, as I'm back down to 285lbs x 3 now)
4) Design a skin suit and have it printed up (Anyone have a low volume printer (eg probably only 6 or so suits)).
5) Have fun and help the community grow!

They’re not cheap... but my wife just got a custom trip suit from nopinz.
https://nopinz.uk/product/custom-trip-suits/

We've also done small custom orders from Hyperthreads. (Roadsuits & kits) They’re pretty reasonable. I really like the fit and materials. And while the road suit chamois isn’t my favorite, you’re on the track for <5 minutes anyway, right?
