This arrived to me today. It is dirty and need of some attention, but I am very happy with it. It is mostly original with pantographed chainrings and seat post. I've only seen pictures of the pantographed parts before. Brake levers and rear derailleur were swapped for Dura Ace. Anyone know if the brake levers were pantographed? If so, I would love to find a set. I would also like to find the pantographed stem. There was a nice surprise when I looked under the bottom bracket. Serial number 117 and DS for Della Santa. I'll post more and better pictures once this is cleaned up. I know information is a bit scarce on these bikes as record keeping was not great. If anyone wants to see a particular shots, let me know.

Wayne Bingham at Velo Classique has one of these and knows the total rundown on these bikes.
Touch base with him to get the full skinny.
