Touch up paint for PDG Panasonic Paramount

Hi folks,
I'm working on a 1991 PDG/Panasonic built "Paramount" and need some advice on touch up paint. The catalog calls the color "Candy Blue'. Overall the frame is in good shape, but there are several areas where the paint has been rubbed off. These areas have been coated with thick flat black paint. I haven't found any rust where I've removed the paint. Any suggestions on a spray can paint that would be a close match. I'd prefer jus doing the touch up rather that a re-paint or powder coat
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Van
