Free Shimano long cage rd
Non series long cage rd, came on a vintage bike which I replaced with the correct unit. Not sure how old but looks pretty modern, worked fine while I used it, just cover a usps small flat rate box and my time to pack it, so $10 shipped.

I "believe" it's an RD-L525 variation of the standard Light Action and should work with older STI or SIS as well as friction.
