Bottle holder that is made for the rear rack

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bottle holder that is made for the rear rack

Have Panniers on side of rack. Electrified bike, battery is on front tube where water bottle normally goes.
Looking for a water bottle holder or an idea how to put one on the rear rack.
Thanks
Rick

Not on rear rack...but I have seen bottle holders (they hold two bottles) that attach to the seat post and/or saddle rails so they sit right behind the saddle within easy reach. Attaching holders to the rear rack means that you'd likely have to stop to drink. There are also bottle bags that attach to the stem and handle bars which will hold a single bottle.
