Sora shifter compatibility
Hello, my left shimano 105 5703 shifter seems to be dead, I am looking for a replacement.
The whole groupset is 105 5700, 10 speed and triple rings.
Would it work If I put a triple left shifter sora r3000 to replace the dead shifter ?
Would any recent shimano triple shifter work ?

I think the general answer is yes. On my wife’s bike I’m running 8 speed Claris on 10 speed crank with a Tiagra 4603 FD. Original brifter was 5703.
The answer to any 10 speed is no. Tiagra 4700 changed cable pull. A 4603 would work except for aesthetics.
But you could swap out FD and brifter for a Tiagra 4703, depends if the cost is more than you want.

i'll end up with a gray and a black shifter but it's ok, i'll put the aesthetics aside for this one
