Cranks and bars and stem sourced. I don't think I have any roadie brake levers in the junk piles.
Bummer about the cranks is how the 4-arm spiders have different shoulders for the mid and big ring, so this chainring will need to spend some quality time with an angle grinder to go in the mid position.
I'd rather have my Surly Open Bars on but I'll have to shim them to go in this road stem. For some reason I only have two 1-1/8 MTB quill stems on hand.

Soft opening of the shop's second location today, including a group ride.
