Leaking fluid from TL wheel
I refilled my tubeless tires with TL fluid. I do it every 6 months and this is the third time.
I noticed some fluid leaking through the spokes the first time I pumped air in.
I wonder if this is expected. Im afraid the tape may be leaking?
The tires seem to hold air as expected.

Sealant should not be coming out of the spoke holes. Your tape needs a do over.

Yup, re-tape. If you don't have any tape on hand, I'd recommend DT Swiss tubeless tape - you'll probably have to order it, but it's waaaaaaay nicer to install than anything typically available at the LBS.
