That looks like a Velocino. Check out this video to get it set up correctly. They look like fun.


Also this page shows old literature and a clever build.

harrysachz now that you know what it is called you can look up more information on it. Your example look home brewed. Someone is selling these new, however, they are missing some elements of the original.

If a person collected bikes of type and style, this bike would have to be included. As mentioned above, for some reason the first thing that came to mind was a bear riding it. I would definitely have one. I may have to start looking for one...
