Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

And I can't tell all of you just how much I like this thread. I've always had a very soft spot for Bianchis, especially if they've got that beautiful celeste color on them...

The lugs are my favorite of the late 70's early 80's Bianchis.

On the other hand, I would love to have a Mega Pro Ti like BianchiGirll's:

thank you *curtsey* I just realized I need an updated pic. I put Monoplanor style brakes and those Celeste Wellgo pedals on it.

all these Bianchis are greatlooking but I wonder just how much the basic geomentry varies between the oldest and newest, the leasurely Volpe and the fast paced Ti or Carbon?

BG

BTW clutchy you can never have too much Celeste! I actually have two red Bianchis I want to repaint!

I loved mine. Light, stiff, quick.

Unforntunately, now it's just a wall decoration in my garage now.

That used to be such a sweet ride. I wished they made the T-Cube in that color.
