Jesus guys, it's obviously just a made-up "contraption" for fun. A bit like this:-

Now that one will end up in the Bike Mechanics Sub-Forum.
"I think something is wrong with my handlebars. I can't turn left. And when I start the chain rubs. Also every time I turn right, the chain drops. I would post pictures but I need 10 posts."
A week later and 50 blind guesses from ranging facing the head tube to asking if the chain is new, the picture shows up. Only on BF.

Honestly, he's completely incoherent. He was initially fooled into believing the guy had actually worked out the obvious impossibility, and now can't admit he shouldn't have gone after us for suggesting otherwise.
And, as usual, he thinks if he keeps repeating the same stupid accusation again and again, it will somehow become plausible. I noted very early on that this was obviously a guy just showing off his rendering and 3d printing skills. He was the one who claimed that the guy has obviously worked out the problem of turning.
Not sure why he wants to keep repeating the self-own. Damn careless of him if you ask me.

You only think that because you're looking at it upside down. It only works in the southern hemisphere.
