Best Bike That Matches This Relaxed Geometry Bike?
When I lived in Europe I picked up a cheap B'Twin Triban 100. Component wise it was awful! 7 speed, tourney RD, Tecktro brakes etc. But the geometry was spot on. So comfortable to ride for hours on end.
The geometry is here https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/b-twin-triban-100-2017/ and I rode a 56cm with a 50mm (instead of the 100mm stem). As you can see it is very relaxed. Stack of 610mm and reach of 383mm. I've tried valiantly to get this bike in the US to no avail. Are there similar geometry bikes around?

The 50 mm stem suggests you really need a shorter reach than 383 mm. But 50 mm shorter reach would be a very small frame overall. 611 mm is a pretty high stack for a road bike even with the longer reach. So you might want to consider gravel bikes to get a more relaxed fit.

A Fairlight Strael in 56T has similar geo.
As does a Jamis Ventura in 56, if you're looking for something entry level - this actually has a 376mm reach, so you could probably use a 60mm stem on it!

If a 50mm stem is required to fit you..the frame is too big. Also, I wouldn't say a 73* headtube and 73.5* seat tube angle is "relaxed". This isn't to say it can't be comfortable all day long, but a 73* head tube angle wouldn't be in the 'relaxed' category.

I think the OP was referring to the more upright riding position with a relatively short reach (super-short stem) and very high stack, rather than "relaxed" handling.

Have you considered a Dutch bike? Upright position and they all have very short stems. Or, you could change from dropped handlebars to a moustache style to reduce the effective reach

I ran the numbers of the B'Twin against my Bianchi Impulso Allroad. Size 50 is very close to the B'twin except slightly shorter top tube and slightly longer chainstays. May be able to keep the stock 90mm stem instead of swapping to 50mm.
