Flat day, but hammered most of the ride. 56 miles, only 800 feet of elevation. 20 plus miles were gravel, the rest road miles around the South Bay Area.

That tropical storm rained out Friday and today anyway so I didn’t miss much, hopefully e able to ride tomorrow morning.

mggpackaging that'll essentially be how this week's rides are going to be determined. If temps were warmer, I'd weigh in more moiiist risky rides.

This afternoon roads 64 miles. The second half was slow. Head wind most of the way. We have short hills and wind here is Eastern Va.

Tomorrow 10 to 20 mph winds. I’ll just work.

32 miles, 3,000 feet of elevation. Up Old La Honda Road, back down through Windy Hill Preserve and then rode over to Arastradero Preserve and did a loop on each side of the road to get more dirt on my tires and then back home. Felt strong and got a pr on the OLH road climb.

Wasn’t raining today so took a spin up the Middle Fork road to our local National Forest. Did get another 1st for my age group on one 2mile Strava Segment thanks to a hellacious tailwind. Average speed over that stretch -> 28 MPH.

Rode 41 miles today along the Burke-Gilman MUP from Lake Forest Park to Golden Gardens and back. Great day to be out in Seattle. Weather was sunny and about 71F.

You are not suppose to sell anyone on the beauty of this area. Backroads will become more congested. Speaking of - I had friends who motorcycled. They used the various Bike Route books to determine where to motorcycle!

Maybe we passed each other. I did my standard 15.5 mile Golden Gardens loop also. Did you see the turtles out by the pond at the end of Golden Gardens - lots of them. Today there was also a large two-masted sailing ship pulling into the Shilshole Marina. I like pedaling through the marina and gawking at all those boats and visiting Leif Erickson and the rune stones.

Rolled 40 nasty miles. Could have went fishing from all the worms that accumulated on the frame.

40 miles, 3,100 feet of climbing. All road today. Temps were warm...my Garmin reported 90 degree F avg with a max of 100. Definitely enjoyed the ice cold Gatorade from the fridge when I got home.

110 Miles. Poorly marked construction detour routes [vehicle & pedestrian] definitely surmounted unnecessary & unexpected mileage that put it in the triple digits.
Rain & winds moved in right towards the end.... that was another thing to be *caught off guard* by..
a solid experience did crop up outta it all, found two areas to ride thru that is paved, well groomed. & lacked pedestrian traffic.
