Does anyone have any information on this velodrome? I go to school in Plattsburgh, NY, just 20 miles from the Quebec border, but I can't find any info about this facility. Has anyone ever raced there? Would it be a good beginner track? I have never ridden on a velodrome and would like to try it out.

I saw it once in the rain 3-4 years ago and it looked pretty beat up, but serviceable (if it were dry). They used to have a web page for the bromont cycling center, but that's been down for more than a year, and last time I was in Montreal this spring I asked about it at one of the local bike shops and they didn't know anything.

if you find anything out, please post it here, because I've been trying to find out if there's anything going on there, too. I live in LA but travel to Montreal reasonably often.

Thanks-- looks like it's in good enough shape that they're holding the canadian national championships there this year.
