Fiorelli Milan-Sanremo Road Bike -- What's It Worth?
I just joined the group to obtain insight on the valye of a bike that I have owned for the part 30+ years.
I have a 1980s Fiorelli Milan-Sanremo 12-speed road bike bought in about 1986. It was new at the time of purchase. It has been garaged over its lifetime and serviced by professionals. The bike is totally original except for bar tape and hand pump. Components include Campagnolo Components Derailleur, 3TTT Handlebar, Modolo Corsa Brakes and Levers, Nevar Crank, Ambrosia 19 Extra Rims, Michelin tires, Italia Sprint suede seat. Seat tube equals 57 cm.
Originally paid about $500 for the bike when new. This bike is in very good condition with only minor wear. Bike was just tested and it operates in near-new condition.
Anyone have an idea of its value ? I appreciate your insights. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. My Fiorelli is grey with yellow lettering. It has chrome front forks. I am working on up loading a photo.

Delayed response!
I have the same frame, albeit with more rust and a dent in the top tube.
i think it is an Aelle frame or perhaps Falck tubing (lower end). it is a nice entry level frame and bike overall...Modolo Corsa, Nervar and Campy 980 indicate this.
I am not one to listen to about valuation but probably not too much over $150 or so?

Fiorelli was basically a brand name at this point. Decent bike, the downside is it probably could use a complete bearings service.
really really depends on market.
in SoCal $200-to near $300.
won’t sell tomorrow but should go

I guess I’m more optimistic than some. I wouldn’t take less than $250 given the market. It appears to be in nice shape and the owner said it has been serviced regularly.

I am all for shooting higher and it definitely depends on the market, but Fiorelli is not one of the recognizable foreign desirable brands.
That said, for a lower end frame, the workmanship was top notch...paint was excellent and durable. Chrome, not so much.
lug-work was lovely though...
...eventually I will build mine up again.

No less than $300. I would post for it $500 and adjust accordingly over time. I guarantee someone will be eyeballing it from the jump.

Don’t take what I guessed a price might be seriously. I live in the worst sellers market for vintage bikes.
A person had the same Fiorelli listed here for $500, the $350, then $200. Not sure if they sold it.
