The buyer said it was worth less because it had entry level Shimano comps. Do you think 225 with Shimano is fair

There are some buyers that will pay the asking price.
Others will try to negotiate even if it is a good deal.
That is a bit older, lower value groupset. But, consider it this way.
$100 for the brifters, brakes, wheels, and rest of the groupset.
$125 for the frame.
