The frame may be older but it has modern shifters with a flat transition from bar to hoods and a shallow drop. Standard hand position BITD was the drops. Standard today is the hoods. To get the hoods as low as the drops he is probably riding a frame one size smaller than typical (typical being vintage frame with downtube shifters and old school drops) hence the extra seatpost. My retro-mod roadie (previously posted) is similar:
Nice!
What handlebar is that?

Stem is a hand polished Kalloy Uno as the matching Ritchey stem is a -6° angle which doesn't match the lines of the frame (have one, used it for a while but couldn't live with the look).

Fair game, IMO if the stem is slammed. I used to ride with a similar saddle-bar drop, which in the olden days meant alot of seatpost. My old steed. My neck would not be able to handle it now that I'm older. It doesn't look like it, but the stem is as far as the curve would allow.

Looks better with red but I don't get the yellow. Yellow and red is definitely a specialized taste. I'm not a huge fan of classic looking bikes to begin with due to the quill stem. I'm sure it rides great though and that is the most important thing.
Ok that is straight trolling. At least some constructive criticism as to why my bike sucks would be nice. I got a lot of compliments on my bike. It's American made titanium after all and weighs less than most 3k carbon bikes in the shop. Not sure if serious but do tell since trolling is allowed here.

I think this thread is far from "being nice".
Observed, majority of the posts are just criticizing without any understanding of utility and purpose; disguised as "opinion".
Bicycling is about utility, but whatever the utility or purpose that you display your bike in this thread; there are those who just want to criticize and ***** allover it without any constructive input whatsoever.

It’s “Hot or Not”, not “this is my bike, tell me how much you love it”.

I miss that bike - to date, the best riding bike I've owned or ridden.
I hold high hopes for my current project, which has the same Columbus EL-OS tubing, and is a "proper" size for me (no more mile of seatpost with radical drop to the bars) 62.5 c-c....
The frame is still in transit from Europe. 1990 custom race build - it'll need a little refurbishing before I build it up.
Building the wheels this week, and have most of my build kit on hand - going Chorus 11.
Wheelset will be H Plus Son Archetype on Record hubs (both black) with polished Sapim cx-ray spokes and alloy nipples. Should be a good ride. I'll post here for scrutiny when I'm done.

Your posts have nothing to contribute, in my opinion, they don't need to be in this thread.

Dude, chill - I'm going to bat for you. Soon enough, we'll have everybody appreciating how useful it is to be able to see lever clamp bands through the bar tape gaps and guys like Soupy over there will have to eat crow when it's virtually impossible to get a "Hot" without minding the gap.

I hear ya, but...While the 660 is a nice frame, it isn't that nice. As much as it would be fun to make this build into something really special (and believe me I've contemplated it quite often) I think the prudent course of action is to wait for THE frame to show up and make that the frame I decorate with all the goodies. The best thing that came out of this frame was the inspiration to make the threadless conversion headset. I've had my fun with restoring as much of the original catalog appearance as possible without going nuts spending money. A classic silver crank, hard anodized rims with polished hubs, brown hoods, new paint and decals, etc. all would be really cool to get me even closer to this but modern:
