Qualisports Dolphin,...
I purchased a Qualisports Dolphin a few months ago, and it's a decently solid bike. I wasn't happy with the stock freewheel, so I swapped it out for a freewheel that allowed me to pedal along when I'm on the flats, in a rush, and using the highest pedal assist (which will be a rare thing, nice to know it's possible). The top speed with throttle is about 22mph, and w/assist 23mph. I used a DNP 11t-28t freewheel. The stock freewheel is 14t-28t which isn't enough for the high gear. Overall a solid upgrade. The rear wheel was a 🤬 to get off, but at least the derailleur and chain didn't need to be changed. Shifts perfectly.
Oh, yes, one other thing. I also swapped the telescopic inner folding handlepost for an outside fold one piece. More solid IMO. Is it a better fold? Probably not. It does suit my needs all the same. Pedals and seat are still stock,...for now.

Some of those small folders allow a "stem riser" which can be used with a BMX stem and bars for riders who don't need or desire a folding unit. Can yours this? (I have a vintage Dahon folder and the only thing I don't like is the folding "tower", but it can't be replaced this way).

Looks like the stem is a threaded quill, so one could
(a) install a threaded-threadless adapter. I've done this to install a better quality folding threadless stem on a Schwinn that had a quill folding stem..
(b) Find a long non folding quill stem. .
