The app does work with Schwinn and Bowflex bikes (under the same company) so there's a good chance that it might work with Nautilus. Even if it doesn't, the developer is really responsive in the app's Facebook group and contacting him there will the relevant bike information will allow him to add support for your bike fairly easily.
