Premium membership
Help. I have bikes to sellI paid for the premium membership on 12-12-22 and nothing has changed. How do you get the upgrade. Thanks in adv

Just wondering how long it takes for the membership to upgrade typically. It has only been a few hours since I paid, should it take a few days, or weeks? I am not meaning to be snarky, just asking. Thanks.

I purchased premium membership a couple days ago and haven't been upgraded yet. Thought I'd use this thread to check in.

For the most part, tech issues can be sorted here. The contact us button is there for users to contact admin directly if their issue is more personal- such as for membership questions where I need to see receipt information- it keeps things more private.

This is what I probably should have asked. I didn't want say I have an issue if all I need to do is be more patient. Not like I need premium membership ASAP or anything.

There have been several users recently posting about their new premium membership not being effective, so that was just a suspicion on my part, that maybe a new "trial" Premium membership may not be immediately effective. It was just a guess based on recent observations.

It's definitely a strange situation. It is most likely an issue of the payment not getting processed quick enough- either from our site, PayPal, or the user's bank. Those that were having the issue now have an active membership though.
