I received an email from "travelcommunity@internetbrands.com" stating "Your access to the paid subscription "Premium Membership" has expired."
Need help verifying both of the above by a mod.
Thanks!

While you're waiting for a response you can click on the membership button in your user control panel where it shows the expiration date of your membership.

That'll take you right to the part of your user CP that you need to go too. It'll show you your active subscription start date and end date.
Perhaps a gaff in their software processing the renewal fires off an email before your new subscription periods automatic payment is validated.

whether it was fake or not, the way it displayed the status was imo vague. I had to go thru many CC transactions to find where it was initialized for funding. .. Still looking.
There was someone that posted a duplicate fee or reoccurring fee that was being automatically drafted, which is one of my concerns.

I do not like having to check, recheck, double check, second guess such things, but when I am forced to do so, I need timely responses & answers for the mishaps of others.
