2x20's yesterday. I ate Reese's Puffs Cereal for breakfast instead of my fruit and oatmeal and guess what? For the first time in months, calf cramps. Didn't complete either set but I went as long as the calves would allow.

I wonder if there's a good way to tell someone you follow online that their trainer's power is wonky.
I follow a guy that's about 50 or so that is pretty strong. I'd say he could do a legit 330's to 340 for 20min.
Other day posts up a 20min jaunt at 430w. Alright Wiggins, head over to the velodrome for an hour attempt at your AG tomorrow.
If you've ridden for that many years and train enough to get to low-mid 300's, you should know when you see wonky power numbers.

Random VO2 pyramid today:
3' at 120%
5' at 110%
10' at 105%
5' at 110%
3' at 120%
I had a bit of a stomach bug earlier in the week (took W off work), so I set my targets modestly as I didn't want to over extend myself mentally or physically. I hit or slightly exceeded my targets without any undue trouble so I think I should be good to smash next time it's time to ride hard next week.
My races have been cancelled so I'll be going long and steady this weekend, mostly on Sunday if the weather cooperates.

1 hour ski after lifting this morning. Ski was much harder than planned

Set some lifetime best powers today during a zwift race up the alpe de zwift. Was a bit unexpected since I paced pretty conservatively for the first 1/3, a bit under ftp for middle third and then held on for the last 3rd. Would've expected a steadier output would have been a higher power for the (roughly) 45 minutes, but I'll take it.
Also was within a couple of watts for 20ish minute efforts that have won me races in cat3 before. Very happy considering where I'm at in training (early) and how far off racing is still.

90min outdoors today. Solid hard tempo amd some SS with a couple hits on really short hill. About same speed but more elevation than the group ride, lol.
Time to cut my teeth on a faster group.
Good week. A few workouts with success and a few without. Going to do one more week of sweetspot before getting into the 3min hiit stuff.
Overall about 150min in that zone this week, 260w.
Not nailing the threshold intervals yet. Getting there.

FTP test. Career high 5.24. Not my biggest power number ever though.
I'm going to go uphill fast, but damn certain I can't do anything else.

A forgettable week; spent the first 4 days recovering from the weekend prior; then this weekend both my long rides were ruined due to computer issues.
On the plus side, I'm getting stronger. If my indoor FTP is the same watt discrepancy as my outdoor I should be close to my highest numbers ever.

Very impressive w/kg @gsteinb.
Today I rode for 5 hrs, mostly z2. I threw in 4x15' at 90% on Fiesta and Mt. Soledad in the first and final hours of the ride. Felt great!

@Hermes enjoy it man. Some good weather coming through this week.
I spent 5 hours skiing today. Spent a lot of time hunting powder and tree skiing. Finally getting my legs back under me this season. With my injury it's taken too long to get it back

Only had 40 mins to ride tonight, so 10 min warmup, 8 mins 300w, 2 mins 250w, 15 mins 300w, cool down.
Side note: I really wish Zwift would do away with the New York and Richmond maps.

Because of life, I missed the weekend race and (alternatively) the group ride I normally do on Saturday. Teammates crashed out on both. Big man upstairs looking out for me, lol.

My daughter has started to go to a voluntary zero period which is beginning to mess up my training schedule. For years, I did the bulk of my riding early in the morning and it's been harder to adapt to an evening schedule than I expected.
