Addiction 2021.3

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

We've got quite a few Times at the shop right now. They're really nice, but primarily painted in reds and whites

The grey Alp d'Huez my colleague is building at the moment is gorgeous though

I wanted the Time RXR and then the RXRS. There was a guy on here from Singapore that had one and it was beautiful. I was so close so many times with R&A, but the overall report was the front end was a bit noodly. The original owner of Pro Peloton had one and confirmed that, but he was a big guy. I was conflicted.

Then I went WW and bought the R3SL. After that bike was finally built, I considered the RXRS again. Scared about the front end, I bought the TMR01 instead. The BMC is stiff as hell. Looking back five years later, I made the right call. My stable is still full. I need no more bikes.

Campy ergos and shifting are superior to Di2 and thus, EPS > Di2. Hoods are too big and shifting isn't crispy nice.

I thought your head hurt in the area of your headphones. Like pressure. If you have brain issues, that's your problem. Consult the witch doctor and search for some beetroot.

As simple as that. Beets solve a lot of problems.

There's also something going on in my right calf. Like a cramp/knot in it. Most of the time (walking around the house) it's mild. But it gets worse when I do a brisk walk.

This has been going on for weeks. Not sure what to do about it. Stretches?

Not headphones, ear protection when operating noisy machinery.

I have consulted the witch doctor because I'm suspicious the lightheadedness comes from the hefty dosage of mouse drug I'm taking. He didn't give a very satisfactory answer for that. So, still TBD.

I kept looking at that/those too. Cool bikes, but nothing that I didn't already have. A Time in the garage would be cool, but no cooler than a November.
