To miyata or not to miyata...is the question

So I have acquired an 89' miyata 1000lt. It's my third and a little to big so I'm gonna sell it. I'm seeking advice on the build though. Right now it's about 90% original(biopace chainrings and rear hub have been changed). I could sell as is or....I have all the right quality parts/components to give this a good Rivendell looking treatment. The 89 miyata 1000lt spline triple butted is considered one of the great grail touring rigs but I guess I wanna know what route is more profitable or desirable to the person looking for this bike? Also a 63cm so I know that narrows the potential customer but could also make the price worth it to the big guy looking for it as well. Help. Thanks guys.

Somebody looking to buy a '89 1000 would likely prefer to build it themselves to get what THEY want rather than what you may think they want.

Big & small bikes narrow the customer base and keep a listing up, but they often buy when the two come together.

Do as little as possible to make a profit.

Fwiw, if it were me looking to buy, I'd want it original.
