Addiction LXXVIII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Would warm water be indicated? Warm Vaseline? Or simply continue what I've been doing--very, very, VERY slowly increasing the flexibility by manually moving it. I went in looking for an appointment with, or reference to a therapist, but that wasn't possible at this time.
Tough call. As I told you before, in USA they would have repaired the bone and tendon at the same time. Not sure why a 2-step process in your case. Agree a hand therapist might be helpful if you can get plugged in.

I think WhiFi sunsets should be getting to be later than 9 just about now.

Late sunsets in Portland were pretty cool. Watching the Beavers AAA ballgames, gametime at 7 and they wouldn't turn on the lights til the 7th inning stretch.

Per Google he edges me by eight minutes. Bummer. Still on the podium, though.

Yup, this is the best time of the year for our night group rides. Too bad there's no real group rides this year. Well, I saw a couple group rides over the weekend, and a few guy from my group have been getting together, but nah. I'm fine with continuing to sit out.

I went by there today (without bike) and asked about it. The mechanic said he could mount it. I'm not going to be able to (easily) adjust it though, am I?
