Not really a great business model, some can make it work but say Retrogression also has an online presence. Bicycle retail is a tough business especially now and a very niche market like fixed gear unless you have a track nearby seems a little crazy.

Yeah i get you, i guess that's why I stumbled upon a pair of sugino 75 and bought it for 150 bucks new

None left in my SoFla that I am aware of. Died with the "scene" if there ever was one here. Where are you? The couple of decent-est bike shops within my reach that I would go to and would recommend might not be convenient for you.

One of the shops I had in mind isn't too far from you - Bicycle Evolution on State Rd 84 was a favorite among our local Critical Mass/social ride single-speeders when I knew them.
If you don't mind coming further up - I would consider Bicycle Spot on Dixie Hwy just north of Commercial as "my" bike shop.
Down your way in Hollywood - Lee's Bikes (& Locksmith ) on Federal Hwy used to be pretty good but I haven't been there in years.
And...I have some tools and lots of crotchety old-man advice - PM me I can help. Good luck...
