Looking for old school long reach cro-mo fork

I'm needing a full cromoly fork in old school dimensions for long reach brakes. I need at least 5.78" (147mm) worth of steerer tube, and if it's longer, I need enough threads on there to cut it down to 147mm and have enough for the headset, so maybe an inch worth?
Need the distance from the crown race to the top of the drop out slot to be 15&1/8" (384mm)
Need standard issue front spacing of 100mm, and the popular 26.4mm crown race diameter.
Also, I'm wanting more of a normal rake, not my old school 2&5/8ths type rake like seen here on my old forks:

I prefer all chrome but will take anything. Thanks!

You might want to call Sharing Wheels Community Bike Shop - a nonprofit shop in Everett, Wa. They have a ton of vintage forks of all kinds. When you call, ask for Aaron or Andrew. These are the two guys who would understand your spec requirements and determine if they have anything.
