Cycle NC Day 4

Day 4 Cycle NC Done. 62 miles with 2400’ of climbing from Roxboro to Creedmoor over some rolling terrain. Another nice day for riding a bike. Great remote backroads and vistas today.

Now, if we can just get those late afternoon and evening rain showers stopped it would really help. The tent and a few other items are having a hard time drying out.

First rest stop

Great choice of home baked goodies

Hard for me to pass up a country ham biscuit

Turns are really marked

Beautiful southern estate home for rest stop 2

At the finish!

I chose a doppelbach

Really good

Aerial view of last night’s campsite
