Just got my new, 215mm, monocoque handlepost and Litepro handlebar with 120mm rise from Aliexpress yesterday. Swapping them in was a sinch and went without issue. The bike folds perfectly well with the steering assembly tucked nicely in between the two halves; the magnet catches the coin with nothing being twisted or snagged.
From the dialing-in ride this morning:
After I spent a few minutes dialing everything in to perfection, I'm now exactly where I want to be on the bike; I'm totally comfortable and the bike's balance and handling are just about perfect. Road feel through the handlebar now is livelier and more vivid than it used to be with the factory two-piece, telescoping handlepost, without being overly intense or jarring. My Mu is getting the same treatment soon; I'm probably going to go with a longer monocoque handlepost so I can just use the factory handlebar, which is both tilted and swept. I have a Litepro flat handlebar that's just that: Flat, with no tilt and a back sweep that's too far back. I tried it for one ride and didn't really care for it.

I have a Mezzo D9 which is remote cousin of the Birdy. The fact that main bike frame tube is not split means the ride is better and stronger. I love zipping along on mine and she runs like a deer!
Out close to the River Severn Estuary in South Wales .. Mezzo D9 Parked up for a few mins. The coastal path is a bit rough in places so I am glad I have Kevlar protected tyres.

Recently I finally bit the bullet and upgraded the BB + crank set (Pacific Cycles Birdy 3 come with a square taper BB….), which costed quite a lot, but it adds so much to the smoothness and lightness of pedaling (the previously installed MKS FD-7 pedals help too). As you may notice I also changed the tyres to Schwalbe Kojak 18 x 1.25. No plan to upgrade the wheel set (so far). Here is what it looks like now:

Hi there, what a gorgeous bike you have. I love how the mainframe is in one piece which adds a lot to the stability to the ride and my confidence riding it through different roads.
Recently I finally bit the bullet and upgraded the BB + crank set (Pacific Cycles Birdy 3 come with a square taper BB….), which costed quite a lot, but it adds so much to the smoothness and lightness of pedaling (the previously installed MKS FD-7 pedals help too). hey Schwinnsta, is there sufficient room for the Swift to go horizontal in your Prius with that partial fold?
I am considering a used swift but wonder if it fits in the back of my Nissan hybrid with quite a bit of other stuff.
I love the Swift but I am trying to figure if I could live with the size of that partial fold since I do not really want to go through the trouble of doing a complete fold.

Rode over 220km on my Dahon in the last month, which is the biggest month for it since last summer. It's so great for relaxing recovery rides and for riding with my daughter since it's so easy to ride at a relaxing pace.

Unless you need an extremely small fold to fit under a small desk or something like that the Swift will work great. With the bars off I can actually get it into my friend's blue micro-car (pictured) without putting the seat down. I've had the bike in there with me, my friend, and his two hulking Boxer dogs Bonnie and Marley (I think that they count as "other stuff") without having to squeeze much. Maybe I'll add another photo of the car later to give better perspective on its tiny size.

Thank you everyone for the amazing answers! Was about to reply earlier but was blocked by the 5 post in 24hours. My idea of partial fold was because I didn't want to remove my handlebars and seatpost as I will have to reset the height afterwards. Plan is to just get a 90 degrees rotatable stem to move the handlebar out of the way for a thinner width. With all the information I guess I'm pretty sure it will fit! Now the question is to wait for the origami version (if it happens) or get a pretty beaten used one

Out and about enjoying the city.
Used my bike on a multimodal bus/train/bike visit to a friend for the first time and it was great on relatively uncrowded buses and trains, but might be more of a struggle if there was more demand for seating.

Wife and I rode the folders home from church today. I rode the Dahon and she rode the Fuji. A nice cruise up Chester Creek Trail.

Wife and I spent a few days in Annapolis. I did some riding in the morning.
Annapolis, Maryland dock.
I recently put a new wheel and tire on the back. Still has the tag on it.
(So that's what that noise was.. oh well)

Rode about 2.5 hours to visit the Telaga Tunjung dam in Bali. The ride was mostly east-west which means lots of steep descents followed by steep climbs as one traverses the various gorges carved out by the rivers that flow mainly north south.
