Hey there! I just finished reading Ikigai - a book about this community where people regularly live to be 100+ so 50 yrs old feels very young to me right now. One of the number one ways to live a long happy and healthy life is to simply keep moving! No need to run a marathon just riding the bike to the store or to visit friends. I think you’re starting at the perfect time.
