FOUND: 8s FREEWHEEL 12-24 or thereabouts
Odd request, but figured someone might have one languishing away in the parts bin somewhere. 12t is ideal, but will consider 13t.

Yes. The usual axle worries don't apply here. Practically this hub is no different than a cartridge bearing cassette hub.
Wheels are built; just need to install the 130mm spacing end caps and redish.

Very cool. I bought an 8-speed freewheel on ebay on a whim, and I have no idea why. I eventually sold it on ebay at a loss. Now for your sake, I wish I hadn't.
