What part is this?
I am trying to find more pieces like this, can u help me identity it.
I need to use this to mount something at the back of my rack and I need more of it and I dont know how i ended up having possession of it. I tried looking up lights i had before but yea....

Well, what are you planning to use it for? That might help with identification.

I'm trying to attach a light to a rear rack. This looks like one of those rear light attachments but it seems like it can be fitted on a rack
One of these pieces will attach to the original picture. The picture shows 2 pieces adjoining with a screw

I dunno. Maybe someone else does. It might be proprietary - for a specific brand of light.

The part that has 2 holes, will be atttached to the rear rack, then i'll be able to attach my light .cause i'll be able to attach the 'foot' to the piece i just attached to the rear rack

What I do is go to my local DIY store and choose an appropriate roll of galvanized pipe hanger strapping plus some nuts, bolts of washers to match the rack and lamp mountings. If you have a hammer, a hacksaw, some timber (like an old breadboard), then you have everything you need to cut and fold a piece until it fits both the rack and the lamp.

The flat part with two holes is almost definitely the standard bolt pattern for a reflector and for many lights, and as mentioned above, probably will be a perfect mate to the built-in reflector bracket on many racks and other accessories such as fenders. The serrated face with a single hole is to mate with another part with a similar serrated pattern, either on a light or on a bracket that clamps to the seatpost or frame.

It might have come as a spare with a light or reflector or some other accessory. Many such items include a few different brackets and mounts so they can be mounted in a variety of configurations.

Go to your LBS as I think there is a good chance that the piece is part of a mount for the reflectors that come on new bikes and get tossed. They may have a box of them.

I took them back to the shop and threw them back into our assorted parts bin for reflectors, there may be more, that is why I asked how many you need.
I will also need your address (PM me here or use my shop email address (see my signature line) so I can mail them to you.
There are three different versions in the picture, the center front one looks closest to your picture, the one at the upper right is similar but a shallower indent, upper left is wider loop, same width as the 2-hole base
