Scott Drop-In Bar Tape?

Is there an extra-long bar tape option for Scott Drop-In bars?

Those bars have been out of production so long that I doubt anyone makes special tape for them, if they ever did. You probably need to buy two packages (4 rolls) of bar tape and use a complete package on each side.

A larger issue is that the length of the bar wrap isn't usually listed in advertising or labels... so it's hard to shop.
But "typically"... 2100mm or so is about what you get with a package of two rolls... so 1050mm each roll.
Scott Drop Ins probably need 30% more so about 1350 mm per roll.
Yeah, that's going to be hard to find. For me, I'd get regular tape and put a whole roll below the brake hoods, and half a roll above.

Find a bar tape that comes in one continuous length for both bars (these are often the no-name brands in the rainforest) and buy two of them.

I don't recall ever taping the whole drop in bar. Where it says Scott is left untaped.

Thanks for the tips, that looks like a good possibility.

I used a third roll. Tape up to the brake levers then use a new roll. Tuck the new roll under the other. If you do it right, it's almost a seamless transition.
