Was supposed to go out to Sals tonight for dinner but the wife wasn’t feeling to hot. On the way there we decided to order in from a restaurant close by our house. This restaurant is always slammed and I know many people in the community love it. We ordered a stromboli and a magharita pizza. The stromboli wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. The pizza was the worst one I have ever seen or tasted in my life.
My wife was instantly offended when she opened the box. Something about it not even being a magharita pizza. Anyways, will not be ordering from there again.

When I was defending docs in the late ‘80s, my experience was the same. Often a simple apology and some empathy was all some people wanted.
