If yuo are in the UK, you should also check out retrobike.co.uk, which is a UK based classic bike forum. It is more MTB biased though. Whereas here the focus is largely on road bikes.

You will come to realize that you can't just sell off a bike until you have enough that you should sell some off but can't bring your self to do it.

I still recall my middle school English teacher disagreeing with me when I told her I ain't got no need for her class because I can already talk in English. She replied "you don't have a need for my class". I thought I easily won the argument but a few years later I realized she was correcting me so I guess I did learn something.
