A bottle launcher? I couldn't use one because I frequently hang my butt off the back of the saddle. I tried a handle bar bag for extra bottles but didn't like the added weight on the bar, plus the loss of hand position with the bag I have. I tried carrying a bottle in my pocket but it's annoying even when empty. To me, the best compromise if I need extra water is a 70 oz Camelbak. I don't use it often these days and many roadies scoff but it works.

I haven't paid attention to what's happening there. Similar to the allegations against Liberty U?
Either way, there's a bigger discussion that could be had about larger Christian institutions these days, and some of it's not good.

adjusted cleats, raised the seat 3 mm. Seemed like that took the pressure off the front of my knee.
Rode about 7 miles and stopped. Discomfort was present, but it wasn’t the pain that was there before. Going to try really hard and not touch my bike for 2 days.
Was able to figure out my legs in the sim. No pain at all today, and it was engine failure day so legs were used a lot.

We've had snow on the ground (well, the grassy, earthen bits, anyway) for the last 24 hours.

After a few days of intermittent problems with Zwift, I did a little bit of lookin' online and decided that it might be best to fix my Bluetooth issues with the PC rather than complicate things with the continued Band-Aid approach with the Companion App. I updated this, downloaded drivers for that and.... everything worked smoothly for the fake ride. So I got that goin' fer me, which is nice.

Oh, and the NYC maps must be the dumbest in all of Zwiftlandia. I mean, flying taxis and soaring glass skyways for the exclusive use of cyclists and runners? And said skyways routinely see grades of 15%+? Dumb. NYC could be interesting enough without the poorly executed sci-fi landscape.
